Alongside my therapy dog, Remi, I am dedicated to meeting your mental health needs through weekly, bi weekly or monthly sessions. Telehealth/virtual sessions are also available.

Clinicians can assist a client the most when he/she is comfortable. Feel free to dress comfortably, bring your own comfort items or request things to help you settle in the therapy space.
Any documents previously requested.
Individual and couple sessions are 53 minutes, allowing the clinician time to take notes and transition to the next scheduled session.
Family sessions of 3 or more participants may be up to 90 minutes.
Parent check ins or phone consultations range from 10-30 minutes.
The therapy room is a sacred space for the child to build trust and rapport with the clinician. Following the original intake and aside from scheduled guardian check-ins, guardians will be asked to remain in the waiting area unless engaging in a collaborative intervention which includes the parent/guardian.
During the initial intake session, the clinician will gather information and decide together, the best next steps for therapy interventions and ways you may benefit from future sessions. Many clients research and network types of therapy that may work for them, feel free to share those with your clinician.
Remi loves to engage with people, especially children! However, she is optional and I completely understand instances of allergies or simply, being uncomfortable. Please voice any opinions prior to the start of your session.
